Omotunde Tabitha Oluwamayowa, professionally known as Chef Taby, is a Nigerian culinary entrepreneur, culinary educator, and hospitality professional, and the founder of Taby’s Academy of Culinary & Hospitality Management, Ilorin.
She is the visionary behind Taby’s Group, a growing ecosystem connecting culinary education, food production, catering services, hospitality consulting, and agricultural supply.
Her journey into the culinary world began with a passion for food, creativity, and hospitality, which has evolved into a mission to train, mentor, and develop a new generation of skilled culinary and hospitality professionals across Nigeria.
With a background in Hospitality Management and Tourism, alongside professional training in food safety and kitchen operations, Chef Taby combines academic knowledge with hands-on industry experience.
